Meditation
Meditation is not as difficult as many think it to be. First, there must be a deep understanding of it. Meditation is ultimately nothing more than a very deep relaxed state of being. When in this state of being, it allows you to go beyond our dualistic physical world and connect with the ever pervasive stillness of our universe. However, if you are meditating to reach nirvana, be with God, develop some psychic power or vision, then you are going into meditation hoping to achieve some goal. However, meditation is a state of non-achievement. It’s by letting go and just being that a true state of meditation occurs. In the beginning, you may not be able to “stay” in that state for long, but over time it will be easier to go into meditation and stay in meditation longer. There is no place for effort when meditating. Just relax and BE.
